On June 11th, 2024, we hosted our first community event, bringing together the international menswear community. The event took place at the stunning Palazzo Mudita, a private 14th-century Florentine Palazzo located next to the iconic Ponte Vecchio bridge, providing a breathtaking backdrop for the evening.
We hosted a diverse array of industry guests across fashion, design, art, and hospitality, including retailers like Nordstrom, Rinascente, and Luisaviaroma, brands such as Totum Project, Paraboot, and Johnston of Elgin, as well as influencers, artists, and press representatives from outlets like Fashion United and MODEM.
Event Highlights
To kick off the event, guests enjoyed a sunset aperitivo along with light bites while taking in the enchanting location's garden, outdoor terrazza, and Arno river views. DJ duo ABCD – the musical amalgamation of Daniele Cavalli and Amine Bendriouich – debuted with a set that transitioned us through sunset. We rounded out the evening with an open bar serving signature cocktails while experiencing a captivating live performance and DJ set by Shadowscope. As the first community event hosted by MMGNET, the event was also the kick off to a series of more intimate community-focused events, a program designed to deliver on MMGNET Group’s mission of gathering and connecting a wider array of fashion industry players, cohorts, and communities during more key moments in the fashion calendar.
